Delivery in U.S is FREE OF COST. For deliveries outside of U.S, kindly send us an email with your details and products of interest so we could make it possible for you.
Returns and Exchange Policy
All Sales are final. Due to ongoing pandemic, we are not accepting any returns. Only an exchange is possible if the color or the size was delivered wrong

Please note that the product colors may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources, or your monitor settings. Thus, products are not eligible for exchange for these particular reasons.

Only those items are eligible for return which were sent wrongly from our side i.e. wrong size, color or item. The customer should notify discrepancy within 04 days of receiving the order.

There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, if shipped wrongly, however, all exchanges are based on stock availability. If the size, color or the item is not available in stock anymore, a full amount of store credit or a full refund shall be offered to the customer.

All items are examined and sent in new and perfect condition, we do not take responsibility of any damage occurring during transit.
Lost item
BIA KAISER does not take any responsibility of the purchased item getting lost at the time of delivery or/and after the delivery. Any purchased item being stolen from your premises i.e. mailbox, front door, or any premises which is considered your property will not be reimbursed by BIA KAISER neither in the form of a replacement item nor in form of money. Buyer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address and having a secure place for orders to be delivered - they are responsible for 'lost' packaged after delivery.
